I am an Essentialist. Distilling, organizing and simplifying is my call. It doesn't matter where I go, whether at work, home or out & about I see chaos, mess, complexity and it triggers a near-primal urge to create order, simplicity, form & function (together = calm).


It could be complex information, ideas, spreadsheets or data-sets, toys in a room, items in a display, clothes on a rack, books on a shelf, physical or digital, it doesn't really matter. My brain immediately goes into distill and simplify mode. I think in systems and processes designed to create space, order and efficiency. It's what sparks me!


Nearly every moment of every day provides opportunities for me to embrace and employ the unique set of skills I have cultivated. Because, it turns out, the world is a largely chaotic, complex and massively disorganized place.


While almost everyone else finds the process of turning chaos into order a burden for me it is where I find my fullest expression and drop into bliss.
